Point Iroquois Light is a very picturesque light house located about 20 miles West of Sault Ste. Marie on Lake Superior. It was built in 1857 and is 65 feet high. The former keepers quarters houses two museums (one focuses on the history of the lighthouse and includes the original Fresnel lens - the other is part of the quarters on display with 50's furnishings) In addition to the museums you can also climb to the top of the lighthouse.
