Allegheny National Forest - Kane, Pennsylvania

Today we traveled from Country Acres Campground in Ravenna, Ohio to the Red Bridge Campground in the Allegheny National Forest near Kane, Pennsylvania.  It rained all day and is still raining so we really haven't checked out the campground.  Our site is within sight of the Allegheny River.  We prefer National Forest campgrounds because the camp sites are generally larger and more private and they are less expensive - we are paying $15. per night here (with the senior discount) and have an electric hookup.    We will be here for two days and then are heading to Tioga Downs Casino in Nichols, NY (free overnight RV parking) for one night and then on to Saratoga Casino in Saratoga Springs, NY (also free overnight RV parking) for one night. From there we will drive straight through to New Hampshire which is only about 3 hours away from Saratoga Springs, NY.
